Gobby Tina favourite to be evicted from CBB house
So, this Friday it's going to be ladies' night down at Elstree, as Tina, Michelle, Mutya and Ulrika will all be facing the boot from the Celebrity Big Brother house. We're still in mild shock that Coolio managed to escape. Only one nomination? After all that moaning and bitching by almost the entire house? Anyway, Coolio will stay, but one of the four unlucky ladies will be the second celeb to get the boot this weekend. It comes as no great surprise that Scouse big mouth Tina is the bookies' favourite to get the chop – in fact, her odds of being the second out are just 4/5. Some of the housemates' reasons for nominating Tina did make us chuckle, especially Ben, who even admitted he was scared of her "aggressive" side. Verne also pointed out, "She's loud. It's hard to get a word in." It cannot be denied, Tina is definitely the Bex of this series. Well, minus the boob-flashing, little skinny man snogging and tantrums, anyway. Both Ulrika and Michelle have said they want to leave the house, while Mutya simply seems a bit bemused by the whole thing. What we thought was the most interesting thing last night was Coolio's reason for nominating Michelle. He told Big Brother that her she was so "hot" it was distracting him from winning. Hmm, so all this teasing about Ben is maybe a bit to do with the fact Coolio wants her for himself then? Who do you think will get the boot this Friday, and what did you think of last night's show?

Amy goes to Hollywood
Amid reports filtering over from the Caribbean that Amy Winehouse has been getting up to no good while on holiday, comes a spot of positive news for the star – she's been offered a role in a movie. Amy has allegedly been earmarked to take on the part of a music teacher in a troubled school – a role similar to that of Michelle Pfeiffer in Dangerous Minds – but has been warned that she must clean up her act. Universal Pictures have sent a script out to Amy, and it's thought the role will allow the singer to showcase her voice and musical ability. A source revealed, "She needs to improve her health and state of mind, or the opportunity will be withdrawn. It's hoped the offer will be an incentive for her." Amy already missed out on one major job when she failed to record a theme for the new Bond film in time, later losing it to Alicia Keys and Jack White, so hopefully this time she won't let such a great opportunity pass her by. If the rumours that the star has been disrupting guests at the Caribbean hotel she's staying at are true, then this is even more reason for Amy to grab this film role with both hands. We want to write some good things about you again, Amy!

Coleen's brother quizzed by cops
Coleen Rooney's brother was questioned by police yesterday in connection with the bar brawl that saw footballer Steven Gerrard get arrested. Anthony McLoughlin, who is Coleen's youngest brother, was quizzed by detectives on suspicion of assault and affray. But when let out on bail, his dad Tony simply commented, "He has not done anything." Stevie G, who plays for Liverpool, is one of three men charged over the incident, and it's understood that Anthony was part of the group out that night. Anthony's father revealed that his son was released without charge, adding, "Everything is alright, he is out, he is alright."

Ashley quits Ugly Betty
We can't quite believe it, but Ashley Jensen has decided to quit Ugly Betty! Ashley, who plays wardrobe girl Christina McKinney in the hit US show, is reported to have told her US bosses she wants to “try something new”. Far be it from us to ever criticise Ugly Betty, but some recent reports have suggested that the story lines are too far fetched and, coupled with the shows dwindling ratings, could this be the reason Ashley has decided to jump ship? Ashley's not the only one to walk away from a big US show, either. Heroes beauty Ali Larter, who plays multiple-personality superhero Nikki Saunders, is believed to be leaving, as is TR Knight, who plays George in Grey’s Anatomy.
